Meet Jim
James Kline is a former senior executive with more than four decades of leadership experience across operations, finance, and supply chain management. Known as a mentor and facilitator, he earned trust across organizations by leading with integrity, clarity, and purpose—helping teams align around shared goals and measurable outcomes.
​
Throughout his career, James worked closely with leadership teams across North America, Latin America, and Europe, strengthening operational alignment, cultural integration, and long-term organizational resilience. He also played an active role in advancing sustainability initiatives and supporting organizational transformation in complex, global environments.

James holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Mount Union, is a Certified Public Accountant, and completed executive programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Today, he partners with organizations seeking experienced, steady leadership to improve performance, navigate change, and build lasting value.
When Jim's not advising organizations, he enjoys time at home—his favorite place to be—with his wife, Debra, their two daughters, and three grandchildren.
